As per the rough calculation the number of women are less than men in the world. As per the census 2010 the percent of man seems 50.4% and women percent seems 49.6%.Its so difficult to tell who is powerful between men and women. Few years ago there was trend that male working outside works and female doing indoor works, But this trend has been totally change. The modernization has changed limitation of working for man and female in every sector. This may be so difficult to explain who is powerful among men and women.

If we think that men is the head of the family,the women is the neck,she can turn head as per her wish. Here seems the woman had an extra power to attract man. The weakest spot of a man is $ex. The women has an ability to attract a man $exually.The world is meaning less without both so the main powerful is the love that controls both of them.
