As we know that the India was ruled by British.At the
time of British rule there were so many changes.Now India claims that the Kohinoor (Diamond) Should be returned to India .If so Indian territories like
Darjeeling, Kumaon and Garhwal were once a part of Nepal . After
Anglo-Nepalese war 1814–16, in-spite of showing bravery, Nepal had to creed these territories
to the East India Company. The Sugaulli Treaty 1816 was between British India
and Nepal,Not between India and Nepal.So, including Darjeeling, Kumaon and
Garhwal all the other places must be return to Nepal.All the places are rightfully belongs in the first place where
they lie.
The main theme of the article is that India must return
the land Which has been taken by East India company during Sugaulli Treaty 1816.
The Sugaulli Treaty 1816 was only with British India Not with this India.
