Killing animals in the name of culture is unhuman. Animal cruelty is not acceptable for any culture. Chinese people has the live cooking art which is also known as the chines art of living cooking. It is one of the most difficult cooking skills.
Just check out the video how they are cooking the food. They are preparing the snake and fishes with in the seconds. Their body is still moving in the dish. This is amazing art of cooking.
