No one prefers the cruelty.The cruelty is the worst matters that endangered the humanity.The cruelty shows many down fall of the great emperors also.So cruelty in not good in any matters.Some how the cruelty is also good if it is in limitation,but the cruelty with no boundary is not good at all.
